About Kaitlin

Hey fam! I'm a lifestyle and documentary photographer serving Northern VA. I'm 34 a mom to two girls, dog mom, chicken mom and wife. I am originally from the Hudson Valley, NY. I have loved photography for as long as I can remember. My mom was always the "paparazzi" growing up, and naturally I am the same way. My poor daughters will end up having 1000's of photos of them like I did when I was younger, but hey that's a good thing.

I have a passion for documenting those special memories and genuine moments that unfold naturally with my clients and their loved ones. My work is all about documenting the real, raw and authentic connections that define you and your loved ones that tell your unique story rather than super posed photos and saying "cheese."

I believe kiddos are their most authentic selves when they get to explore, run and have fun. That's why I love capturing their true spirits and spontaneous moments that show who they really are. As a former special education teacher, working with kiddos is my forte and having my own toddler- I completely get their nature.
